You can e-mail us your documents or text them. You'll get a digital copy of the translation, and our courier will take care of the originals.
Feel free to provide your documents whichever way you prefer:
Wait in our cosy hall, have a cup of coffee, or go see a movie in the Central Children's Store while we're translating and notarising your documents.
Or you can send us those documents electronically and receive the completed translation by courier delivery.
However, we must mention something important. If you need to translate a document with notarisation, you need to confirm your request before 4 PM..
The notary's working day ends at 5:30 PM, so if you confirm your order later than 4 PM, we'll only be able to notarise your translation the next day.
Yeah, it happens, sometimes, several translators are working on one project simultaneously. However, they are constantly talking to each other and using the same glossary, so that the terminology is consistent throughout the text.
We follow one and the same rule every time:
one project = one team
“Will you be able to provide the translation on time?
I can't be late with this...”
If we promised you we'll deliver on time, we'll deliver on time.
If we're not sure, we won't make any promises, or we'll warn you of the potential risks.
Your time is money, too. We'll pay if we're late.
At the end of 2019, we introduced a new rule for corporate clients:
if our translation is more than 15 minutes late, it's on us.
